The ComEd Energy Efficiency Program has offerings for residential, business, and public sector customers. An RCx (retro-commissioning) Flex project can help save an average of five percent on annual energy bills with an average simple payback of less than 1.5 years for implemented energy improvements. All ComEd utility customers pay into the Energy Efficiency Program through their energy bill to generate funding for Illinois utility energy-efficiency programs.
